Assistant Vice President - Branch Manager

• Effective management skills to supervise customer service representatives and tellers
• Must have good understanding of Microsoft Office and Metavante applications 
• Should be knowledgeable of regulations pertaining to teller and new account operations  
• Needs to have a good understanding of cross-selling and sales and marketing techniques
• Provide sales training programs for tellers and customer service personnel
• Able to create effective incentive programs that will promote bank deposit growth and greater staff efficiency
• This individual should be able to perform other duties required to serve customers' needs, including consumer loans and residential mortgages

Teller/Head Teller

• Tellers are primarily responsible for handling customer transactions, marketing bank products and service and cross-selling products in an efficient and effective manner
• Teller should know about all of the bank’s products, be able to render that information to customers, and have at least 1-year experience.
• Should also be familiar with regulations concerning checks, holds, currency transactions and savings bonds to insure that transactions are handled properly
• Provide assistance to the customer service supervisor or Head Teller in general banking duties as well as keeping his or her eyes open for loiterers or other bank security hazards
• Teller Starting Salary $19,000 - $21,000
• Head Teller Starting Salary $23,000 - $25,000

Personal Banking Representative

• The customer service representative is responsible for customer contact regarding deposit accounts, consumer loans, residential mortgages and other fee generating services
• Primary goals are to market the Bank's products and services and to establish pleasant and mutually beneficial relationships between the Bank and its customers
• May be called upon to perform other such duties as may be required by the branch manager
• Should be familiar with and work towards complying with the bank's CRA Policy
• Starting Salary $22,000 - $24,000
