Qualifications

system, knowledge

Assistant |
- The
administrative
assistant is
responsible for
assisting lenders
and loan customers
of the bank.
These duties
include, but are
not limited to,
preparation of
commitment
letters,
ordering
appraisals and
environmental
reports for loans
and performance of
other such duties
as may be required
by the bank’s
lending officers.
Qualifications
- Typing
30-40 words per
minute
- Experience
using Microsoft
Office Products
(Word, Excel,
Outlook, Access)
- Knowledge
of commercial and
real estate loans
- Effective
oral and written
communication
skills
