Senior Loan Officer

Commercial Loan Officer

Residential Loan Officer

  • Responsible for the production and administration of consumer loans and residential real estate loans  
  • Participates in development and recommendation of consumer loan and compliance objectives, policies and practices.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Business Administration or related field, or related work experience;
  • Three (3+) plus years lending experience handling a wide variety of loan transactions;
  • Excellent judgment, decision making and analytical skills;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

Senior Credit Officer

  • Minimum five years experience as credit analyst with community banks
  • Must know advanced cash flow analysis and asset-based lending principles
  • College advanced accounting or finance degree or equivalent required
  • Good local references required
  • Salary range $55,000 to $70,000 based on experience and ability

Credit Officer

Assistant Vice President - Credit Officer

  • Responsible for establishing an effective and efficient exchange of credit information both within the Bank and with other banks and third parties.
  • Primary goals are to ensure:
    • that current financial information is maintained on each borrower, including analysis of business financial statements, personal financial statements and tax returns, where appropriate;
    • that the Bank complies with the Robert Morris Code of Ethics in the exchange of commercial credit information to third parties.  
  • Position may be called upon to perform such other duties as so directed by the President.  
  • Position should be familiar with the Bank’s loan policy and the Bank’s CRA Policy and insure compliance of bank's personnel.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Business Administration or related field, or related work experience;
  • Three to five years of credit and/or lending experience.
  • Excellent judgment, decision making and analytical skills;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

 

Commercial Credit Analyst

Assistant Vice President – Commercial Credit Analyst

  • Responsible for establishing an effective and efficient exchange of credit information both within the Bank and with other banks and third parties.
  • Primary goals are:
    • Underwriting commercial and commercial real estate credit applications including analysis of business financial statements, personal financial statements and tax returns and the construction of historic and pro forma cash flow models;
    • Assist in monitoring the commercial loan portfolio, including ensuring that current financial information is maintained on all credit relationships and evaluating borrower performance against financial covenants;
  • Position may be called upon to perform such other duties as so directed by the Sr. Credit Officer.    

Qualifications

  • College degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field, or related work experience;
  • 2 years credit and/or lending experience;
  • Excellent judgment, decision making and analytical skills;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

Credit Analyst/Assistant

  • Experience with Community Bank
  • Accounting background required
  • Salary range $30,000 - $40,000 based on experience

Loan Administrator

  • The administrator will use loan commitment letters or CAMS from loan officers and Loan Committees and complete the remainder of the loan transaction through the closing of the loan
  • Administrator is responsible for insuring that the loans close in a timely fashion and that the customers are satisfied with the experience.

Qualifications

  • The administrator should have typing skills, customer service skills, knowledge of the loan processing system, knowledge of the loan documentation software, and should be detail oriented.

Loan Administrative Assistant

  • The administrative assistant is responsible for assisting lenders and loan customers of the bank.  These duties include, but are not limited to,  preparation of commitment letters, ordering appraisals and environmental reports for loans and performance of other such duties as may be required by the bank’s lending officers.

Qualifications

  • Typing 30-40 words per minute
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Knowledge of commercial and real estate loans
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
