Loan Administration Manager and Compliance Officer

Assistant Vice President

  • The Loan Administration Manager is primarily responsible for establishing effective and efficient loan administration functions including management and maintenance of the loan operations staff and of that loan information in the Bank's records and computer information system
  • To see that required loan information is provided to the Chief Operations Officer for the Board of Directors, regulators and management
  • To see that loan records are stored and properly backed-up electronically, for ease of retrieval and compliance with records retention requirements
  • Have a working knowledge of applicable lending related statutes, rules and regulations
  • Audit experience in loan operations to ensure that the bank is in compliance with applicable banking regulations and consumer protection laws
  • Supervise, train and evaluate the Loan Operations staff

Loan Administrator III

  • The Loan Administrator III will use Loan Commitment Letters and Credit Approval Memorandums from Loan Officers and Loan Committees to complete the loan documentation, in compliance with bank policies and compliance regulations, in order to facilitate the loan closing
  • Administrator is responsible for insuring that the loans close in a timely fashion and that the customers are satisfied with the experience
  • Administrator should cross sell other bank deposit and lending services
  • Administrator should have commercial and consumer loan documentation experience, adequate typing skills, customer service skills and knowledge of loan documentation software
  • Minimum of five year loan documentation preparation experience required

Loan Administrator II

  • The Loan Administrator II will be responsible for maintaining accurate records for Loan Documentation Exceptions and Financial Statement Exceptions
  • Administrator will prepare new loan input information sheets and fund new loan proceeds in accordance with approved and executed loan documentation
  • Distribute Weekly Executive Loan Committee Packages
  • Assist the Chief Operating Officer in various office duties
  • Minimum of two year loan documentation experience required

Loan Administrator I

  • The Loan Administrator I will be responsible for inputting complete and accurate computer loan records
  • Administrator will process paid out loans and the release of collateral on these loans
  • Administrator will process all loan payments and advances
  • Administrator will be responsible for maintaining current insurance tickler records and force placing appropriate insurance
  • Administrator will handle all routine loan customer service questions
