directs sales
in the Bank's

- Assists

Private
Bankers in
developing
sales and
marketing to
new customers
- Manages and
supervises
Bank's sales

monitors and

efforts of
customer
service and
loan personnel
to Private
Banker
- Responsible
for contributing
to the growth and
profitability of
the Bank through
an intense calling
program emphasizing the
sale of Bank
products.
- Generate
loan production by
calling upon new
and
existing
businesses
and/or
individuals

Goals would
include the
diversification of
calls in the areas
of consumer loans,
small commercial
loans and real
estate loans.

Maximize interest
and fee income
opportunities
through
identification of
client needs
- Compile
financial
information as
requested for loan
officer review
- Generate
new deposit growth
by calling upon
local businesses
and referral
sources.
Cross-sell
related banking
services to
existing deposit
customers
- Provide
excellent customer

customers and
business contacts
while making
sound, prudent
banking decisions
Qualifications
- Extensive
sales and
marketing
experience
with
significant
concentration
in the area of
financial institutions
- Excellent
judgment,
decision
making and
analytical
skills
- Effective
verbal and
written
communication
skills.
