Senior Accountant/Controller

  • Substantial experience with general ledger, payables and payroll

Operations Manager/Personnel Officer

Assistant Vice President

  • The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for achieving the goals for the operations department
  • Responsible for assisting the cashier in achieving administration, customer service, finance and investments department goals
  • Should have good understanding of management and supervision of personnel
  • Should have a good technical understanding of computer technology including local area networks, wide area networks and the basic software loaded on workstations
  • Should have a good understanding of regulations, procedures and laws relating to deposit accounts and negotiation of items with both customers and correspondents
  • Should have a good understanding of financial accounting, mainframe software used by the bank and loan operations
  • Provide for positions at all levels
  • Implement and facilitate personnel procedures that will result in smooth and efficient operations, pleasant working attitudes, cooperation and maximum effectiveness and performance within the bank and among personnel

Assistant Cashier

  • Should have a good understanding of accounting procedures, Microsoft Office products, Fedline, Quicken and M&I systems
  • Knowledge of regulations pertaining to TT&L, ACH and deposit operations needed as well
  • Should have prior supervisory skills and be well organized.

Internal Auditor

  • Responsible for managing bank's auditing function including financial and operational auditing
  • Develops and implements an auditing schedule with periodic reports to management
  • Ensures that audit procedures exist for the bank's automated systems, coordinates internal audit programs with outside examiners
  • Reviews loan portfolios and reports results to President, CEO and Audit Committee Chairman for review with Senior Loan Officer and outside auditors
  • Reviews budget, performance levels and expense payments and reports to President and Audit Committee Chairman for review with Operations Supervisor and Cashier.

Investments Officer

  • Maintains records of purchases and/or sales of securities within the bank's investment portfolio

Operations Supervisor

  • Oversees operations
  • Assists Cashier and President in implementing and carrying out tasks integral to the operations of the bank
  • Conducts inspections of business operations of the bank while reporting operations results and status to the Cashier

Operations Assistant I

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office products, Quicken, FedLine Advantage, Archival Image Software (Advanced Financial Solutions Image Workstation a plus), Metavante Core Banking System background a plus
  • Must have a good understanding of bank documents, scanning systems and proof systems
  • Must be very detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
  • Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have knowledge of banking regulations pertaining to TT&L, ACH and deposit operations procedures

Operations Assistant II

  • Should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office products, Fedline, Quicken and M&I systems
  • Knowledge of regulations pertaining to TT&L, ACH and deposit operations needed as well.

Loan Operations Supervisor

Assistant Vice President - Loan Operations Supervisor

  • The Loan Operations Supervisor is primarily responsible for establishing effective and efficient loan operations functions
  • Requires the supervision, training and annual evaluations of staff
  • Supervisor should be very skilled in the use of the bank’s inquiry and processing software
  • Supervisor should be aware of lending related statutes, rules and regulations promulgated by banking regulators, legislators and service providers (such as FHLB, TRW, etc.).

Loan Portfolio Administrator

  • Administrator is responsible for inputting complete and accurate computer Loan records
  • Should possess average typing skills in the use of Word, Excel, and the bank’s inquiry and processing software 
  • Employee should be aware of bank policies and procedures

Network Administrator I

  • The qualified candidate is a diverse and motivated self-starter capable of managing a mature and data sensitive environment, able to multi-task, and most important, able to step outside of the IT box to lear facets of the financial industry and banking industry technology.
  • Position requires effective communication with management in both technical and non-technical terms, management of vendor relationships and working relationships with employees in hands-on training sessions and error resolution.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in various capacities of IT operations. Position reports to IT Manager.
  • Strong LAN/WAN network management, network security and communications equipment, including routers, switches, Internet and telephone communications systems. Familiar with Cisco routers, Firewall VPN systems, PBX system (T1 and B1 lines) and advanced understanding of Internet topology and WAN communications.
  • Experience with Windows 2000/2003 Server Active Directory networks. Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server (Outlook 2000/2003 connectivity). Experience with Microsoft SQL 2000 Server.
  • Must be an extremely knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Microsoft applications and technologies.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and maintaining system and network efficiency, effectively resolving employee and system issues, data backup cataloging, database verification, business continuity, software upgrades, software and hardware license tracking.
  • Must be flexible and able to learn proprietary systems, work with mainframe systems and deliver accurate data reports when necessary.
  • Industry standard certifications are a plus (Microsoft, Cisco, A+).
  • Salary is commensurate with experience.

Senior Accountant/Controller

  • Desiring experience with general ledger, payroll
  • Regulatory reporting a plus
  • Salary commensurate with experience
